JLab wins three National Safety Council (NSC) Awards in 2005. The following major Safety awards were presented to JLab for 2005:
Safety Excellence Achievement Award - Recognizes particpants that have reported injuries and illnesses that involved days away from work, equal to or less than 50% of the Bureau of Labor Statitstics rate for their six digit NAICS Code, and have had no fatalities during a Calendar Year;
Perfect Record Award - Recognizes companies or facilities that have completed a period of at least twelve consecutive months without incurring an occupational injury or illness that resulted in days away from work or death; and
Million Hours Worked Award - Recognizes companies, units and/or facilities that have accomplished 1,000,000 consecutive man-hours without incurring an occupational injury or illness that resulted in days away from work or death.
